Galilee Gifts Shop is the operator of Galilee Gifts website. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Stock Availability
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Pebble Stone items in stock or backorderd: The items may be shipped with a slightly different shape, size and color because each stone we collect has a unique natural shape, size and color.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship international destinations using Standard or Registered mail shipping via Israel Postal Service. The countires we do not ship are countries that don’t have any international relations with Israel such as Iran and Syria and more.
Shipping Costs
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. The shipping & handling services price are automatically calculated by the weight of the products added in the cart.
The Standard shipping method price for an item that weighs 0-0.101 kg is $10. This option does not include a tracking number for the package.
The Registered shipping method price for an item that weighs 0-0.101 kg is $15. This option include a tracking number and clients can track their order following Israel post office website or on our website tracking package option.
*Customers can place an order of several products according to the weight and the shipping price will not change. For example: when buying 5 pebble stone pendant necklaces that do not exceed the weight of 0.101 kg, the price of the order will be 10 dollars (Standard shipping method).
The shipping prices changing from time to time, the prices are updated for the year of 2024.
Payment Methods
Galilee Gifts Offers PayPal as main payment method, while using PayPal as registered users and not guests our costumers will not be charged by any fee while shopping our website.

PayPal charges a fee to process a person-to-person money transfer using a credit card. please check PayPal Merchant Fees page.
Delivery Terms:
Dispatch Time
When ordering quantity of products the production and preparation time might take up to 12 days and the products might be shipped after 14 business days.
We pride ourselves on fast shipping, but we cannot guarantee same day shipment.
Israel postal services operates on Sunday – Friday during standard business hours, except on Israel national holidays at which time the postal services will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 22 days.
Delivery Time
Delivery time typically up to 30 Business days.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.
Custom Fees
- You may be susceptible to Custom fees.
- Custom fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
- Galilee Gifts is not liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
- Galilee Gifts has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Due To Change Of Mind
100% MONEY BACK – Galilee Gifts will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Galilee Gifts gives you two options to choose after receiving your returned item:
(1) refund to your payment method.
(2) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
Item is not delivered:
If your item is not delivered within 60 days – You can get a refund 15 days after your request is confirmed by us.
Refund for Damaged Parcels:
If you recieve a damaged parcel, Please send us a picture of the damaged parcel\item and we will refund you within 15 days.
Galilee Gifts will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
